My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite needing a bit more storage, were nice, and the en-suite shower was fantastic. The cleanliness could have been better upon arrival but overall one of the best showers I've had in a hotel. The service, from the welcoming staff to the offer of making me something to eat, was great, and I would definitely consider staying again. The location was perfect, especially for the O2 Academy and close to amenities, shops, and transport links. However, not being informed about the nearby tram line was a small downside.
