The staff was friendly. The location was convenient.

The room was too warm, and I had trouble adjusting the temperature. It made it hard to sleep well. The air conditioning system seemed ineffective. I expected better climate control.

the shower temperature was inconsistent. it fluctuated between hot and cold every few seconds. the breakfast area felt cramped. there was not enough space between tables, so moving around with a plate was difficult. i saw some guests struggle to find a spot to sit.

the hotel location is convenient with easy access to nearby shops. the room featured a well-designed bathroom, including a powerful shower (i really enjoyed it!). i found the provided toiletries and the bedding to be of good quality. the staff was helpful in advising on local transport and ordering taxis.

the immediate area surrounding the hotel seemed a bit rundown.
